well he still went through the actions of : opening up the email settings. making a print screen of it (with the customers Info). transferring it to a memory stick. transferring the Image onto another PC Posting it to a public forum without prior permission from customer (although edited). thus bringing us to the subject of him being in a position of trust with peoples sensitive data,and abusing it for a laugh on line. am I right or am I right, it could have been log in details for her bank,online stores etc,and this is where crimes can happen if the person repairing said PC had no scruples. just to clarify... its not the subject matter,its the actions he had taken on the customers PC. anyway most internet providers/email providers usually have a downloadable email configuration file that you click to merge. so I call BS
