Does US have the MBNA Smart Cash Mastercard? For me hands down the best reward card. Interest doesn't matter to me as I always pay off my card, use it purely to get cash back.

- 3% for groceries and gas (5% for first 6 months)
- 1% everything else

Pretty nice card. See if they have that in the states.
