Yes, because its fun to see a whole third of the price get cut for no apparent reason. Not like it was a £300 gfx card, I can handle that change. If the retailer really wanted to cut the price, they could just do it £3 or something every week

Its just good ethics and shows you appreciate your customers.

After all if you treat them well, they'll keep coming back, But sting them and they'll spend their cash elsewhere.

Very true, I never even asked for the refund, I merely enquired why there was such a huge % drop and stated my dissatisfaction, they offered a refund or free next day.
I have ordered like £000's of stuff from them in the past so perhaps that was a factor
