Yes I did. I wasn't brought up to be clean and hygienic, I was muddy and liked to explore everything (normally ended up coming home dirty). The sewers I explored where at least 4ft in diameter and rather clean. I've also played in storm water drains, but only on a very hot sunny day where there was hardly any water in them.
