Do you know a moron? Usually come in the shape of a Neighbour, usually chaved up, has dogs that bark all night, plays stupid loud "reggae" music from the shed in the garden on EVERY sunny day.

And the best bit is this, Does nighttime fishing with a trillion watt spotlight blasting over at least 3 other gardens on the only clear night when im trying to do some astronomy. This moron never heard of a torch.
