That's pretty darn bright, have you confronted the neighbours about this yet? Reminds me of the movie Lakeview Terrace where the neighbour (Samuel L. Jackson) has the brightest yard lights ever.

They have gone to bed now... its still on. It's ok im not going to be so fussy about how loud i have my sorround system from now on.
