If someone were to initial and sign a contract saying they witnessed you sign it, when they did not and you can confirm this, does that lie void the contract?

Depending on the judge and the story of the people who passed the contract around, yes.

Though a lawyer and judge will have to help make the final decision. As well, you better hope whoever the contact was passed around too all have the same stories.
