What happens if I want to cancel my Pre-Order before it is released?

If you cancel your order after it has been processed and charged there will be a 5% fee deducted from the refund. If you wish to cancel an order and not be charged a fee, it must be done before the order is processed and charged.

Always glance over the sites policies when you are considering a pre-order or may be considering a return on the item if it isnt something you like.

I found VGC's pre-order policy in under 10 seconds on their site. It's not hidden.
