While i do agree that is important to put that in the review, does it warrent giving the cpu a 1/5 review just because of a crappy hsf? I hardly think so. To me the hsf included is something that would knock it down 1 point instead of 4.

I doubt it would get noticed then, because most people only look at the bad reviews.
