Here's something you need clarifying...

It doesn't matter whether you claimed it to be yours or not!

It is assumed to be yours, unless otherwise stated

Also... whether it's made to make money or not, doesn't make a difference.

And that's how copyright / plagiarism sees it.

If you even use a logo or any content which is copied and pasted (that includes a logo), the source/author MUST be credited, in all cases.


It can be a very major thing... but like I said... as it was your first project, imo the tutor should have had a word with you instead of putting it up the dean [surrender]

Yeah, I defiantly should have said where I got it from, that was my bad. The point of this class is to learn about the web and its workings. It's stupid he turned this first project into what it is now when for many it was their first crack at anything. Letting us know, then showing us how would have been much better.
