My friend works ISP customer support. Its his fault that this woman was late to her movie because she typed in a zip code for New York instead of Florida. She wants reimbursed for her time and money because she bought tickets and then apparently missed her show or something and it ruined her evening. I think she needs her internets taken away and given a dunce cap.
