A person who has a good experience tells maybe 3 people, one who has a bad experience maybe tells 20. Not to mention the customers who may have been there at the time. Even if it wasn't bought from you, is you shop a licensed reseller? If so, its not too hard to perform the warranty work in that case.

IMHO its not really worth you, the shop or the client arguing over a £25.
