Just an update on the situation...I get a text today:

"Hey I wanted to let you know I moved all my stuff out of the house today"

Honestly after everything I can say that I am happy. I dont plan on renting that room out to anyone else and I am glad that I can have my house to myself for the first time since buying it.

I am in a pretty good mood now [thumbup][thumbup][thumbup]

Ah awesome mate, sometimes it has to be done! I'm sure there's a fine lady you could find to fill in the missing space [surrender]
