Wouldn't this be an issue with the manufacturer? Unless of course Microsoft was the one doing the determining.

I honestly think the consumers have a point. Vista = Aero. Without the fancy interface its just a bloated crappy version of XP. If the PC can't run Aero, then I really don't think they should be putting a "vista ready" sticker on it.

Altho I don't really think these people should be getting upset. For the most part Vista sucks. Getting pissed about not being able to run vista at full settings is like complaining that weatherbug doesn't eat enough resources.
