speaking of 100mbit... you know whats intersting?... my friend from Romania has 100mbit and along with phone it only costs like 7 or 8 euro/month but we did some speed tests and only within romania did he actually get such high speeds... tests from other places in europe or america would barely reach 1 mbit

Well that's not really strange

since Romania probably has a weak connection to the (huge) international exchange points. The one in Western Europe for example is located in Amsterdam (and hence my 100mbit connection does often get maxed)
