I really cant see the big deal with the turning left thing, I mean whats the problem with getting into the left lane behind the semi?

But as far as the construction sites go I'm with ya, its the same here. Of course they ALWAYS shut down more exits than necessary and they usually shut them down during the early morning and late afternoon hours when all people drive to and from work.
