Actually, Arnold is a lot better of a governor then what I thought he would be. I really liked some of his heavy handed tactics like taking the ability to draw districts away from the legislators and put it in the hands of an independent body. Also the fact that he expected people to participate in government from time to time. I think that's why the legislators didn't like him. They were expected to be honest from time to time and actually do the will of the people. I have a little less respect for him now that he has had to become somewhat of a "girly man" to run the state.
