What car is this mounted in and what are the stock power numbers?

I've always wanted to put full headers and exhausts on my 3.8L Series II, but the car is FWD and the engine is mounted with the pistons firing front to back instead of side to side (serpentine belt faces the wheel well, not the radiator). It's almost impossible to change spark plugs.
Man, I have been debating amongst myself for such a long time if I want to get a vehicle that has that 3.8L Series II supercharged or not. Mostly the Regal or the Riviera. Have found some many things that I would love to do to these babies. Ultra low profile because it is a granny car. Out of all the cars, who would think that a granny car would be supercharged? So I would get to school a lot of unsuspecting people. Plus the interior is extremely nice.

Or it is a TDI with more than twice the fuel economy with mods of it own that still keep them super slow.

Yeah, the FWD motors, I don't really get how to easily change $2 spark plugs. Seems freakin' ridiculous. I was looking at my Step-Moms Sebring one day with the 2.5L V6. I was like "Well sh/t, looks like you have to take that damn intake manifold and how knows what else is behind that before you can even think about changing the spark plugs."
And now with a lot of things going AWD that are also FWD, the motors are still sideways, so that doesn't help any.
