Its a pontiac motor for sure. Either a 350, 400 or 455. Let me see if I can find a way to decode those numbers for you.

From what I can gather its a 400 with 98cc cylinder heads.

The YX should mean 400 and the 6X should be on the heads and mean 98cc cumbustion chambers. I gotta go grill up some steaks but I will see if I can get a sure fire answer for you when i get back in a bit.
