Seems as though they want to make sure that fast runners don't get into a nice rythme by using a compound that suits the weather and or setup they have. Seems yet another addition to the mounting luicrous number of overly complicated ideas they want F1 to use!

Not really a sport anymore, I will still watch it but its becoming a joke IMO
