Is it? I don't know but isn't a pedophile interested in the innocent young child these are children made up to look like adults would that really appeal to a child molestor?

As far as I understand pedophilia, it's an 'appreciation' of how the child will look when mature, not necessarily how they look now. Considering that, these images play right to pedophilia.
