Just give them a call - its a local call number (0845).

I've always got through to someone very quickly, and they have always been very helpful.

If I have any problems with play.com, I always call them - even if its to report a non-arrived item - I never use the web form. If I speak to a human, then I know what will be done 1st-hand.
