This isn't specific to Amazon, but the way I deal with my returns is that if it is within 30 days of purchase, I contact the vendor or store (Amazon) that i purchased the item from.

Beyond that, I contact the manufacturer, which in your case is Toshiba.

So you say you bought it the other day - try Amazon first.
