Brother Silat the information you have provided has been really useful. JazakAllah Khair and to everyone else who replied as well. May Allah Subhanahu Wa Ta'ala reward you for the time you've taken to help me.

I just had one last question. I'm not actually seated by a window. How do I determine prayer times? I was going to go based on times like Isha would be easy if I pray about three hours after 9pm. Fajr may be a bit harder but I guess I can speak to a Muslim stewardess Insha Allah.
