I know of the following Ulama that are confirmed

Ml Rawat
Ml Ragie
Sh Salama

When Shaykhuna Yusuf al Qardhawi was in Newtown musjid. Ml Bham was getting agitated with constant pics that were being taken. Then they forgot about this ikhtilaaf, then it was Haraam ..... and..... Now?
