Still, the Army is required to buy new battle tanks they don't want for a war which will never be fought. None of the services want the Joint Strike fighter which is designed for a war which will not be fought.

Russia has dozens of ice breakers including nuke jobs. The US has one ice breaker which Congress wants to retire.
