It was meant in a metophorical sense, you don't take irreversable action before you're sure, i didn't mean literally hang him but meant make sure he's wrong first before you fire him. Its just a saying, doesn't have a literal context but a more broader meaning...though i think you already knew that! :P

Given the prior discourse of the thread, it's easy to get confused. I do understand what you're saying.
