Yes, based on the video, I will rule in favor of the spirit in this case. This mom has this attitude that I think she was looking for a fight. The spirit even offered to put her on another flight from another airline...and they offered to pay. I think she was hostile to the FA and did not follow the direct orders of the airline agent responsible for passengers ' compliance with FA safety rules (judging by her belligerent interaction with everyone in the video).
