Ive been told that quite a while a go at my dojo (before my time) someone had their arm fractured by a bad kote strike.
I had a lump on my head after training on wednesday after a really really really hard men cut from one of the guys - and Ive got a thick protector inside my men too!!
I was not impressed!!
