Wow, I've never heard of Kendo training at that hour before. Everywhere I've ever seen in the USA has schedules consisting of weeknight evenings and weekend afternoons. Is early morning training the norm in Japan as well?
Some idiot I know got up at 4:45 on saturday to go to morning practice...
