...however, don´t trust those guys that tell you go to sleep earlier, all that is crap. sleep cycles are different from one to another...
For me it works this way... If I sleep 6 hours I can have a good day... If I am sleeping at 1:00AM everyday and want to start sleeping at 11:00PM for instance, I just skip one night of sleep... I know that it is not good for health, but after that I can sleep anytime I want. Then I put 3 alarms in different places to guarantee I am going to wake up! lol
