there must be some special sporting glasses that dont fog up

in paintball they use some sort of smelly spray to use on the masks so they dont fog up,
bikers have a plastic foil with that purpose, ... Im sure there is a way, just dont know it. why am I even posting this :s anyways, good luck on your quest
