There's a thread about this if you search. I use on occasion BARZ surf goggles which makes me look like Robin from Batman...

To stop fogging:

1) Buy some anti fogging solution.

2) Apply a thin film of soap or detergent(not to thick or it will be smudgy) onto the lenses and let it dry.

3) As someone said before, saliva. I use this on the googles, have a quick lick on the lens and presto! no fogging.
