Couple of hours each way (NYC traffic) although it is only about 76 miles each way. The timing has to be right also because there is a window where I can get free parking.
Twice a week.
Sometimes a third practice in New Jersey on Sunday morning and now perhaps the occasional Sunday evening just 10 minutes away.

I'm still recovering from radiation and chemo so I sleep almost the whole day after practice.
