Something I have been wondering for some time.

What is it you eat, drink before practise and do you take any special care to this so you perform better at kendo.

If possible I like to eat pasta's and have alot of water or fruit juices before practise.
All I can do is tell you what not to eat. Do not eat jalepeno cheeseburgers or pepperoni quesadillas (my own invention) before keiko. Unless you want to spend half of it in the restroom.
