Thanks for the many responces.

I have noticed that it depends alot on what I eat towards how well I can perform during keiko.

For example if I have a meal with potatoes, veggies and a meatball then I have the same effect as if i wouldn't have eaten.

When I eat nasi goreng or some pasta dish then it's like I have more energy and I'm less tired but more hungry after practise.

I usually have a bottle of water with me of 1.5l which I drink on my way home. We rarely drink during keiko at our dojo.
