Brits - bad weather, yes! Unimaginative cuisine, sort of. Traditional English food (meat and two veg) is poor and tasteless but you can eat a whole variety of food here from all over the world. The favourite meal when we go out is Indian!
Well we can't do a great deal about the weather. It only features in our stereotype because as an island it can be varied and therefore a topic of conversation. I mean the stereotype is that it always rains in Seattle so we can't have a monopoly on bad weather.

What's wrong with meat and two veg? It's uninspired not necessarily poor and tasteless. Just because it's simple doesn't mean it isn't good. The same argument would rule fish and chips as poor and tasteless. Say that to the passengers on a train when someone brings a parcel of steaming chips on board. You can just imagine a scene from 28 Days Later if that newswrap get opened.

'We have bad teeth' - not quite, what we have is a National Health Service that provides dentistry for all, although nowadays you're more likely to find alien life than a local NHS dentist. The fact is because there are NHS dentists it is assumed we should have good teeth but not all are. There are plenty of our European neighbours that we see on the telly with shocking teeth, not least the shawl wearing crone wailing about some-such or sitting in a doorway. And with 500 million Americans there must be a large portion of society who can't afford a 'dentist plan' or 'retainer' [braces to us in the Un-UK].
