All anyone needs to do to put Europe and America in perspective is watch the Top Gear tour of America, where Messers Clarkson, Mays and Hammond drove across America in 2nd hand cars. No matter what idiosyncracy of a European neation I can't imagine them running for their live's like they did driving through Georgia in cars sporting the slogans 'Country and Western sucks', 'Hilary for president' and 'man love OK'. Surprisingly I think the Country and Western slur riled the locals the most.
I did see that episode.
Fairly accurate actually.
However that is not really America. That is 'merikuh.
America consists of two cities;
There is Los Angeles, and then there is New York.
Betwix the two, there exists only a smoldering hole of emptiness, of which we dare not speak.

Kenzan I believe your glass house is about to come a-shattering
Not if I plug my ears and shut my eyes tightly it won't.

Lalalalalalala all is well! all is well! lalalalalalalalalalalalala! The dollar is strong!
lalala!
