America consists of two cities;
There is Los Angeles, and then there is New York.
Betwix the two, there exists only a smoldering hole of emptiness, of which we dare not speak.

I agree with this, but soon will come the backlash from chitown and boston.

BTW, i would throw San Francisco in there...so for me, there are 3 cities in america.
