So, I hear Joe Biden on the campaign trail saying that having a record like Mitt Romney does not qualify him to be President...so I guess being a community organizer and a Senator with a poor record is all that you need. The GOP needs Joe Biden to just keep talking, he's the best campaign tool they have. Wonder what kind of shoe he wears, because he tastes them every day.
