Ya know, I wonder if he hacked chase a couple weeks back, or sold the data, or something. The chase Visa that I never use was used to buy Dish TV in Mexico as well as some prepaid cards from a Mexican prepaid phone vendor. Chase caught it instantly since it went from dormant card to Mexican shopping spree.
