YouŽd be surprised how many calories you can save by just drinking water.
And youŽd be equally surprised how much rice you can eat and still stay under 1000cal.
That is just plain unsafe and you will feel like shite.... Do you seriously think you can get all the nutrition you need from water and rice? Don't do that.... Just eat 500kcal under maintanance amount and be patient...
