It has never been this low, so far. I have been a publisher of adsense for the last 2 years. I do not see a pattern of CPC dropping off. It has been consistent from the time I began.

Hmmm that's not good. If you have had consistency for the last 2 years and all of a sudden its dropped off, I would perhaps contact you CPC provider (Google, Yahoo etc). I'm not sure what would be causing it, unless something has changed with your service provider. Speak to who ever you have your CPC through, its important to get it fixed as soon as possible.
