I think your arbitrary definition of "life" is simplistic and stupid.

So is yours.

The whole point is that the point of life being determined IS an arbitrary concept, and as such it should not be absolutely legislated.

At what magical point do you believe life begins? And convince me that THAT is not arbitrary.
