Default Are people too sensitive about racial slurs?
I think so. You can use all sorts of insults against other people and they won't care but the moment it goes ethnic/racial they can get all emotional and angry even if you didn't mean to be offensive. When other humans are so different from you physically you're going to be aware of it and I think asking people to be colorblind doesn't really make all that much sense honestly, it's too big of an ask and I think everyone has certain prejudices. But I also think people take the issue of race too seriously sometimes. Racism will probably always exist in one way or another.
