The problem is when some people are not being honest when they vote. For example, a few members are voting for the Indian on every thread not because they actually prefer the girl, but because they want to see the Iranian girl lose.

How do you know this? You have no evidence whatsoever. Just your paranoid opinion.

Perhaps they prefer South Asian girls and others prefer Iranian girls?
