Do you have any URL or something? I've never seen this on the CIA homepage.

So you're telling us that the CIA world factbook has pages that state numbers by Mongoloid, Caucasoid and Negroid?

I'm not sure about numbers, but the FBI has an article about "Caucasoids, Mongoloids and Negroids":
