Most are Mestizo, given that most Latinos in the US are Mexican, and the Mexican population is primarily Mestizo. We can't assume a direct coronation with the ethnic mix present in Mexico and that of Mexican immigrants in the US. Their are selection biases at work in getting into and staying in the US. Also any immigrant population in the US will tend to become 'whiter' as it mixes with the dominant Anglo population. My guess would be that among self identified 'Mexican-Americans' the average is about half Mestizo and half European ancestry though of course its a spectrum.
