Average temp in NYC in November is 8 degrees C. According to the same website (EuroWEATHER, heh), it's not a particularly wet month. Hmm. Edit: in F, the average high in Nov is 54 degrees, and the average low is 41.

And last year, of course, we had a really warm autumn/early winter up here. So you never know. Weather in the NE is pretty variable.
