I bet he says he would hire a hit man and establish an airtight aliby (and thus he couldn't have done it) which is actualy WAY smarter then totaly Jack-the-Rippering two people in the entryway of a house in the Suburbs. One thing is blatantly obvious, if OJ did it he didn't do any planning at all untill it came time to assemble the dream-team.
